If Ticket Transfer isn't eligible, you'll receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn't activated the feature when you select the transfer button. The option may not be available for one of the following reasons: The venue doesn't offer Ticket Transfer yet (we're working on that).

Can I transfer parking that I purchased for my event? To check if your parking is eligible for transfer, go to your order in your account. If you receive a message that the Event Organizer hasn't activated transfer, parking transfers aren't available. Ticket insurance and merchandise aren't eligible for transfer.

When you transfer tickets to another fan and they accept them, the recipient is issued a new barcode that only they can use. The tickets in the sender's account will no longer be valid for entry. If your event is eligible for Ticket Transfer, you'll see a blue Transfer Tickets button on your order.

Can I transfer my tickets? In addition to the official resale facilities, fans will also be able to transfer their tickets via their approved ticket agent's app or website, to share tickets with friends and family who are also attending the concert.
