Selecting View by share class will display the number of outstanding shares and the percentage of ownership, as well as the total number of fully diluted shares and ownership details for each share class and equity plan.

Search for “Carta” in the search tab. Click Apply on the Carta module. Once you've entered your required details, you will receive an email from Carta with a link to Activate your Carta Launch account. You will be prompted to create your Carta log in credentials and enable two-factor authentication.

After an international option holder submits an exercise request through their Carta portfolio and approves of the tax withholding calculation on Deel, you will be prompted via email to approve the exercise. Click the link in the Carta email, or log into Carta and navigate to Tasks > Approve option exercises.

Various circumstances, such as having duplicate portfolios for the same issuing company, may prompt certain Carta users to merge these portfolios in an effort to consolidate. Carta's self-service tool allows users to merge two or more portfolios into one directly within the platform.
