Find a contact Tap the search field at the top of the contacts list, then enter a name, address, phone number, or other contact information. You can also search your contacts using Search (see Search with Spotlight on iPhone).

Step 1: Open your phone's contacts app, such as your address book. Step 2: Type the phone number into the search bar at the top of the app.

Go to Settings > Contacts > Accounts. Tap the account that has contacts that you want to add or remove. To add contacts, turn on Contacts. To remove contacts, turn off Contacts, then tap Delete from My iPhone.

When you set up iCloud for Contacts, your contacts are stored in the cloud, which frees up space on your device. You can see them on any device that's set up for iCloud and Contacts, including your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and Windows computer.
